Our History
Noodles Nursery are proud custodians of a landmark Knowsley building which has survived and reinvented itself over the long and storied history of Whiston.
A Knowsley Landmark
Originally built in 1840 the old Village School was enlarged in 1900 to accommodate the children of the growing local Colliery
1920 School children in their 'Sunday Best' pictured outside 'Whiston School'
The building was eventually repurposed as a St. John's First Aid Community Center and before becoming a nursery at the turn of the century
In 2009 Noodles Nursery became custodians of 2 Greenes Road bringing us right up to the modern day
