Our commitment to safeguarding and child protection is underpinned by our expertly picked recruitment panel who are all fully qualified in Safer Recruitment. Enhanced DBS checks are completed on all candidates and full reference checks are completed prior to employment.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000 all information provided will be processed on a lawful basis and in accordance with our safer recruitment process. Information provided will only be accessed and assessed by our recruitment panel. Unsuccessful applicants will have their information stored securely for 1 year following application. Successful applicants will have their information added to their employee portfolio for the duration of their employment at Noodles Nursery and for 7 years following the end of their employment.
